Do I need to know the family history?
No. You can arrange the gift first. The recipient can supply names, dates, photographs and memories when we agree the research.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
Within three days we’ll get in touch to confirm the value or scope, validity, payment and delivery. We issue the certificate once the details and payment are settled.
How is a certificate redeemed?
They enter the code in the “I have a gift certificate” section of the enquiry. We check it and account for its value in the agreed proposal. Research begins once the scope is approved.
Can I give a certificate for Christmas?
Yes. Add your requested gift date to the enquiry. We’ll confirm certificate delivery separately from the research schedule, which can begin after Christmas.
